Hi everyone, I want to let you know my experience with Roland Roofing was exceptional. I personally deal with multiple commercial contractors and I have had my share of dealing with bad ones. Occasionally, I deal with residential contractors and im glad I came across RolandRoofing. I had a 19yr old roof with solar panels. Roland Roofing, provided a reasonable and competitive price that included the a total replacement and removal and reinstall of the solar panels. The team did a great job with communication, professional staffing, quality of work, time to complete and cleanup. In addition offered great payment plan, I dealt with Melissa and her handling was exceptional. 5☆ BRod.
Having been in the Construction Industry for over 50 years and having more than 5 billion dollars on my resume. I can honestly say that our experience with Roland's Roofing was a "Breath of Fresh Air!" that they not only met, but exceeded our expectations. From start to finish every step was very professional. I HIGHLY Recomnend Roland's.

The logistics were handled by Candace and Melissa. They helped me step by step arranging with my insurance which was kind of difficult but because of their time and effort we got her done as they say.

Roland’s Roofing installed new 6” seamless gutters for a home I purchased, and they look great!
There were a couple of hiccups with scheduling someone to come out for an estimate, but I cut them some slack because they are a family-owned company and that’s important to me.
Danny came to my home for a quote and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had one of the best prices in town among insured, highly-rated companies.
We had a misunderstanding but they gave me the benefit of the doubt and made sure that I was happy with my final contract.
The work was completed as scheduled and they never rushed me. They also gave a nice cash discount even though I paid half on credit $$ I will likely need a roof replacement soon and I already know I’ll go with Roland’s again.
The previous homeowner haphazardly left a spare key outside of the home, which Danny found. He sent a picture to let me know and I came right over to take care of it. Such an honest guy, I was really lucky he found the key and not some stranger passing by.
Overall, if you want a company that does good, honest work for a fair price, Roland’s is the one I highly recommend!

Huge shout out to Melissa for making it all possible for us, 55+, to get a new roof! She helped expedite the HOA approval and always went above & beyond! Her crew was very professional. I had seen quite a few roofers in my community and was not impressed with how they presented their companies. Roland’s Roofing Co crew took the time to protect all my landscaping with a tarp, cleaned our gutters while they were there, moved all our patio furniture and then put everything back when they were done. Some neighbors I spoke with said their roofing crew didn’t come close to the detailed service we received. I definitely recommend with absolutely no reservations!
The entire process of getting a new roof installed was a great experience. The crew worked very hard and the office manager was extremely courteous and professional.
Roland's Roofing is such a great company to work with!! They did a fantastic job on my new beautiful roof. They were here on time and got it done as promised. They cleaned up after they finished which I appreciated very much. Working with Brian and Melissa on my new roof was such a pleasure!! I would definitley recommend Roland's Roofing!!

Very happy with our new metal roof. We switched from shingles to metal and Roland’s was there to explain the process and let us know exactly what to expect. The installation crew did an amazing job and they paid attention to the detail ensuring that the final product was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
Roland's was great; they were able to get me a quote quickly, accurately assessed my old roof's needs and explained my options, and then followed through as they said they would (even though we had weather delays). I called them after another roofing competitor gave me the runaround, and my realtor said call Roland's! Now I've got a lovely, new roof and everything went as planned. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
